Landscaping
We are specialists in hard landscaping and tree planting. From digging a large pond to levelling ground, or creating a new patio area for your outside dinning to laying turf and irrigating your lawn. Every garden or outside space is unique and we will work hard to create a bespoke finish to your specification.

Concrete Slab and Oversite Works
At Pinpoint groundworks and excavations, we can build you a hard standing concreate slab, or infill the oversites to your new extension, garage or outbuilding.
The level of finish of our work will be to Pinpoint accuracy.

Drainage
Pinpoint Groundworks and Excavations provides solutions for Residential and Commercial drainage. We can undertake all types of drainage from land drains to replacing broken sewer pipes, rainwater drains and ACO drains to help with surface water. We will take the time to set the correct falls and levels so the water discharges appropriately.

Roads, Drives and Car Parks
By digging out the soft ground and replacing it with a hard standing sub base which is compacted it will ensure that there are no soft spots or ruts in your block paving or in the finished surface so your new drive stands the test of time.
Basement and Outbuildings
Another great way of adding more space to your home rather than moving. We will work closely with the architect and structural engineer to ensure your extra room becomes a reality.

Irrigation Water Systems
Problems with dry ground and dry flower beds in the summer? By installing a water storage tank either above or below ground we can set up your sprinklers that are automatically fed on a programmable timer, so your land gets the most moisturiser at night. We have installed irrigation systems for a number of happy clients over the years.

Retaining Walls & Foundations
We will work to the specified plan and requirements set out by a structural engineer/architect to ensure the foundations and the retaining wall are set to the correct standards.

We have experience in laying water pipes, gas pipes and electric cables to the depth that is specified and required.

Demolition
Safe working areas are always in the front of our mind. We will take down your out building and separate out the materials to be cleared away in a safe an appropriate manner.

Steel Edging Preparation
Steel edging offers a crisp line on the edge of your drive, garden or raised flower beds. We can create a curved finish or a 90 degree angle. There are a number of stages we follow before we get to the finished article to make sure the steel is to the correct level.

Site Clearance Work
We take the stress out of clearing an unused area and making into a useable space. We will work with you to muck away any unwanted material and a make a more inviting area.
